{"slug":"buy-american-airlines-group-token","question":"Can I buy American Airlines Group (AAL) as a token — and from which issuers?","answer":"Yes — American Airlines Group exists as a token from 4 issuers in our data: AALx (Backed), AAL.RP (BG El Salvador, S.A. de C.V.), m.AAL (Monetae Securities, S.A. de C.V.), AALon (Ondo Global Markets), on 4 chains (Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain).","shortAnswer":"Yes — American Airlines Group exists as a token from 4 issuers in our data: AALx (Backed), AAL.RP (BG El Salvador, S.A. de C.V.), m.AAL (Monetae Securities, S.A. de C.V.), AALon (Ondo Global Markets), on 4 chains (Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain). 1 is for accredited or professional investors only. None registers a American Airlines Group share in your own name — you hold a claim on the issuer, so the issuer’s structure and terms matter as much as the stock.","asOf":"2026-07-08","faq":[{"q":"Is a AAL token the same as owning American Airlines Group stock?","a":"No. A token tracks the price, but the legal claim is on the token’s issuer — a tracker certificate, an SPV share, or a derivative — not a share in your name with a broker. Voting rights are usually not passed on; dividends are paid out, reinvested or not passed on depending on the issuer."},{"q":"Where can I trade AAL tokens?","a":"Depends on the issuer: some trade on decentralised exchanges on their chain, some only inside the issuer’s or a partner exchange’s app. Each token’s page in the table names where it trades."},{"q":"Which of them can I buy without KYC?","a":"None of them is stated as buyable without KYC."}],"count":4,"rows":[{"ticker":"AALx","name":"American Airlines xStock","issuer":"Backed / Kraken (xStocks)","category":"Tokenized Stocks","yield":"Price return","yieldPct":null,"yieldKind":"price-return","minimumUsd":null,"size":null,"chains":"Solana / Ethereum (+9)","country":"Jersey / EU service (CySEC)","kycSecondary":"unknown","maturity":null,"lifecycle":"live","isin":"CH1588662259","contract":null,"source":"https://api.backed.fi/api/v1/token","lastVerified":null,"tier":"imported","page":"https://tokenbank.world/token/AALx","json":"https://tokenbank.world/api/tokens/AALx"},{"ticker":"AAL.RP","name":"American Airlines (Reality rAAL)","issuer":"BG El Salvador, S.A. de C.V.
